Being a physician and a mom of two, I truly understand the whirlwind that motherhood can be. I lived it – juggling work, family, and the constant influx of information that can make navigating pregnancy and motherhood feel so overwhelming. I knew there had to be a better way. I longed for a simpler, more supportive space, one that gently blended the best of modern medicine with the wisdom of holistic approaches.

And that's what inspired me to create MamaCare360. It's a place for everything motherhood, born from my own experiences and a deep desire to support other moms. MamaCare360 is all about finding balance, bringing together the expertise of doctors like myself with the nurturing care of holistic providers like doulas and chiropractors.
